This film captures the collaborative creation of an 8,000+ square foot mural shaped by workshops with NoVo grantees and staff, exploring intergenerational trauma, healing, and collective transformation. Inspired by a student’s wish for “a forest,” artist Katie Yamazaki’s work weaves together ancestral presence, nature’s duality, and a shared vision for the future.
